1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vipph.club website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vipph.club ("we," "us," or "the Company"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on vipph.club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of vipph.club or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from vipph.club or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on vipph.club, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on vipph.club. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vipph.club reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. vipph.club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at our support email if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, vipph.club may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Payments

vipph.club accepts deposits exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vipph.club reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on vipph.club are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days for standard accounts and within 24 hours for verified VIP accounts.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank.

vipph.club reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. During such reviews, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending completion of the review process.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by vipph.club are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or hand is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse: vipph.club reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.

7Gameplay Rules

All games available on vipph.club are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all games on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vipph.club does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to your account balance.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by live physical processes (real cards, real wheels) for live dealer games.
• vipph.club reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on our part.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing a wager. vipph.club does not extend credit to players.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vipph.club and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favor without reporting them to vipph.club support.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward vipph.club staff or other players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph.club Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of vipph.club or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

10Privacy & Data

Your use of vipph.club is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and licensed payment processors where required by law or our compliance obligations.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

11Responsible Gaming

vipph.club is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We take problem gambling seriously and actively encourage players to use the responsible gaming features available on the Platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Session Time Limits — Automatic session termination after a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected duration.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipph.club and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, vipph.club does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipph.club account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Termination

vipph.club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement directive.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to vipph.club.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

15Amendments

vipph.club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
